The Courts of Nova Scotia state that daily court dockets are generally public records, but dockets for Wellness Court Programs (including Mental Health Court and Domestic Violence Court), Supreme Court Family Division, and some Youth Court matters are not fully public and may appear in modified paper form with redactions or name initials.
