Our Services include daily newsletter delivery, access to archived issues, SEO guides, advertiser tools, and related features. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and verified against 200+ public data sources.

3. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
• Free-tier subscribers receive limited access as described on our pricing page.

5. API Usage

If you access our Services through our API, the following additional terms apply:

• API access is subject to rate limits as documented in our API documentation.
• You may not exceed published rate limits or attempt to circumvent them.
• API keys are personal and non-transferable. Do not share your API credentials.
• We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse or excessive usage.
• API data may not be resold, redistributed, or used to build a competing service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our content is generated and curated using artificial intelligence. While we cross-reference information from verified public data sources and strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Our content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You should independently verify any information before making business decisions based on our content.

7. Acceptable Use

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data beyond normal API usage.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Axiom Synapse name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property. Newsletter content is licensed to subscribers for personal, professional use only.

• You may share individual newsletter issues with colleagues via forwarding or link sharing.
• You may not systematically redistribute, republish, or resell our content.
• Public data and facts referenced in our newsletters remain in the public domain.
• Advertiser content remains the property of the respective advertisers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Synapse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiom Synapse from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at hello@axiomsynapse.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
